Notification under the Shipping Control Emergency Regulations 1939.

PURSUANT to Regulation 4:1 of the Shipping Control Emergency Regulations 1939, it is hereby notified by the Naval Board that all ships and the masters, owners, and agents of all ships are required to comply with the Public Traffic Regulations 1939, as published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 4th day of September, 1939, at page 2409, and as amended in the New Zealand Gazette of the 5th day of October, 1939, at page 2657, and the New Zealand Gazette of the 9th day of November, 1939, at page 3046.

Appointment of Officers under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.
