IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Springston Domain, and doth hereby appoint

to be the Springston Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eleventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Office, Springston, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Kawakawa Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said Domain, a sum not exceeding fifty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Simson Park Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a site for a cemetery over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
