Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Port Albert Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of October, 1939.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Walter Kenneth Becroft,
Leonard Bennett,
Forrest Reid,
Percy Treadwell, and
Henry Martin Neal
to be the Port Albert Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Port Albert Domain Pavilion as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PORT ALBERT DOMAIN.--NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL those areas in the Rodney County, containing a total area of 19 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, being parts of Allotment 195, Oruawharo Parish, more particularly described as follows:
All that area containing 19 acres 2 roods 9 perches, more or less: Bounded, towards the north-east generally by a public road 1375 links and 883·5 links; thence towards the south-east and south by another public road 893 links and by part of Allotment M 145, Oruawharo Parish, 915·2 links; thence towards the west by parts of Allotments M 145 and N 145, Oruawharo Parish, 295·2 links; and thence by a right line bearing 11° 58' distance 1334·7 links, to the public road first mentioned.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 30 perches, more or less: Bounded, towards the north-west and east by public roads 375·7 links and 102·2 links and towards the south by Lot 3 on D.P. 25826, being part of Allotment M 145, Oruawharo Parish, 367 links.
Also all that area containing 11 perches, more or less: Bounded, towards the west and north-west by public roads 130 links, 19·2 links, and 5·6 links; towards the north-east by Allotment 235, Oruawharo Parish, 149·7 links; and towards the south by Lot 4 on D.P. 25826, being part of Allotment M 145, Oruawharo Parish, 77·5 links.
Be all the aforesaid admeasurements a little more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/781, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Archibald Thomas Waddell
to be the Patutahi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at seven-thirty o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Patutahi Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

PATUTAHI DOMAIN.--GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 17 to 20, 24 to 30, 65 to 76, and 102 to 113 (all inclusive), and closed road, Township of Patutahi: Area, 9 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less.
Also Section 81, Block I, Turanganui Survey District: Area, 61 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less.

to be the Pahautanui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Pahautanui Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PAHAUTANUI DOMAIN.--WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 101 acres 3 roods 26·3 perches, more or less, being part Section 115, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District. Bounded, towards the north generally by Sections 90 and 68; towards the east generally by Sections 68 aforesaid, 67, 65, 64, and 63; towards the south generally by Sections 7 and 116 and a public road to a point distant 107792·8 links north and 55852·4 links east of Trig. Station Mount Cook (the said north, east, and south boundaries, with the exception of the aforesaid Section 116, being the old high-water line prior to the year 1855); and thence towards the north-west by a right line bearing north 8° 16' east, for a distance of 3367·4 links, to Section 90 aforesaid; excluding from out of the above-described area the Pahautanui-Plimmerton Road. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 43/30, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of the Waipuku Domain, Taranaki Land District, for the Purposes of the Punehu Domain.--

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that the moneys received in respect of the Waipuku Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said Domain, shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Punehu Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
