SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in Hobson County, containing by admeasurement 49 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Tokatoka Survey District, being part Allotment 143, Tatarariki Parish, bounded : Commencing at the southernmost point of Allotment 143, Tatarariki Parish, along a public road in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 1601-8 links; thence in a northerly direction along a right line bearing 351° 56' for a distance of 2890-9 links to the southern boundary of Allotment 142, Tatarariki Parish; thence along the aforesaid southern boundary in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 1500 links; and thence in a southerly direction along a right line bearing 171° 44' for a distance of 4036-5 links, thus to the point of commencement; and be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/684/37A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Withdrawing Land from the Operation of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of October, 1939.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, on the recommendation of the Land Board, declare that any land comprised in a kauri-gum reserve shall, from a date to be specified in the Order, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and on and after the date so specified the land to which the Order relates shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924 :
And whereas the Land Board of the North Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the portions of the Rotoroa Kauri-gum Reserve Extension, as described in the Schedule hereto, be excepted from the operations of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the portions of the Rotoroa Kauri-gum Reserve Extension as described in the Schedule hereto shall, from the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 787 acres 3 roods 4 perches, more or less, situated in Block VII, Opoe Survey District, being part Rotoroa Kauri-gum Reserve Extension, bounded: Commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 32, Block VII aforesaid, in a north-easterly direction along a public road to the western boundary of Section 33, Block VII aforesaid; thence in southerly and easterly directions by the western and southern boundaries of Section 33 aforesaid, to another public road; thence in a south-easterly direction generally along that public road to the westernmost corner of Lot 2c, Section l of Block VII aforesaid: thence along the western boundary of Lot 2c, Section l aforesaid, for a distance of 520-7 links; thence by the abutment of a public road and along the western side of that road to the northern boundary of Lot l on D.P. 27209 ; thence in a south-westerly direction generally along the northern and western boundaries of Lot l on D.P. 27209, to the northern boundary of Section 26 of Block VII aforesaid; thence along the northern and western boundaries of Section 26 aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of that section ; thence along a right line bearing 248° 6' distance 3119-4 links, to a public road; thence in a northerly direction generally along that public road to the southernmost corner of Section 20, Block VII aforesaid; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Section 20 aforesaid, the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries
of Section 19, Block VII aforesaid, to a public road ; thence along that road to southernmost corner of Section 10, Block VII aforesaid; thence along the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 10 aforesaid, to and along the eastern boundary of Section 32, Block VII aforesaid, to the northern corner of that section, the point of commencement.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 14 perches, being part Rotoroa Kauri-gum Reserve Extension, bounded: Commencing at a point on a public road at the south-western corner of Lot 2c, Section l, Block VII, Opoe Survey District; in a northerly direction generally along the eastern side of a public road to the western boundary of Section 2A, Block VII aforesaid; thence in a southerly direction generally along the western boundary of Section 2A aforesaid, to and along the western boundary of Lot 2c, Section l, Block VII aforesaid, to the south-western corner of that lot, the point of commencement.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1747c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plans 28145, 27517.)

Appointment of Hakaru Domain Board revoked.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of October, 1939.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an order in Council dated the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette of the second day of March of that year, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Hakaru Domain therein described:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council, dated the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Glenmark Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
James Guild Whyte,
William John McGuckin,
Thomas Walker,
Francis John Quigley, and
Leslie Robert King
to be the Glenmark Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Waipara, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
