Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of October, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ngataki Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve for a Resting-place for Travelling Stock in the Rangitikei County Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of October, 1939.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock : And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Rangitikei County Council : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve in the Rangitikei County Council.

SECTION 104 (formerly part Section 62), Block XIV, Ohine-wairua Survey District : Area, 1 acre 2 roods 33 perches, more or less.

Varying the Determinations in respect of Portion (£4,000) of the Cambridge Electric-power Board's Loan of £10,000.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of October, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven (hereinafter referred to as "the said Order in Council"), and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising by the Cambridge Electric-power Board (hereinafter referred to as "the said local authority") of the sum of ten thousand pounds (£10,000) by a loan to be known as "Special Loan, 1937" : And whereas by clause six of the said Order in Council it is prescribed that no moneys shall be borrowed under the authority thereof after the expiration of two (2) years : And whereas the authority conferred by the said Order in Council has not yet been exercised to the extent of four thousand pounds (£4,000) (hereinafter referred to as "the said sum") and it is expedient to extend the period within which the said sum may be raised : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations contained in the said clause six of the said Order in Council in respect of the said sum by prescribing that no moneys shall be borrowed under the authority of the said Order in Council after the expiration of four (4) years from the date thereof.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of October, 1939.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising in New Zealand by the Waitemata Electric-power Board (hereinafter called "the said local authority") of the sum of fifty thousand pounds (£50,000), being portion of the loan known as "Reticulation Extension Loan, 1938 (£100,000)" : And whereas the authority conferred by the said Order in Council has not yet been exercised to the extent of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) (hereinafter called the "said sum") and it is expedient to vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said sum : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said sum by prescribing as follows :-(1) In lieu of the term of twenty-five (25) years specified in clause one of the said Order in Council the term shall be twenty (20) years.
