Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Amuri County Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of September, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock, and is vested in the Amuri County Council:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Amuri County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Amuri County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

RESERVE 4312, Block XIV, Mandamus Survey District: Area, 9 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less.

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Dannevirke County Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of September, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is part of a reserve for a gravel-pit, and is vested in the Dannevirke County Council:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Dannevirke County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Dannevirke County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 38·2 perches, more or less, being part Section 144, Block VI, Norsewood Survey District: Bounded, towards the north generally by a public road 137·2 links and 99·5 links; towards the east by part Section 23, 207·9 links; towards the south by Section 50R, 219·7 links; and towards the west by Section 49R, 295·9 links; all in Block VI, Norsewood Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/266A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Rangitikei County Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of September, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for county purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei, in trust, for county purposes.

Vesting a Reserve in the Palmerston North City Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of September, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North, in trust, for recreation purposes.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the City of Palmerston North, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 0 roods 7·67 perches, more or less, being Section 380, Township of Palmerston: Bounded, commencing at the north-western corner of the said Section 380; on the north-west by Main Street East, 2004·4 links; on the north-east by part of Section 387, Township of Palmerston, 500·77 links; on the south-east by Lots 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 on D.P. 3114, and by Lot 1 on D.P. 2993, 2004·4 links; and on the south-west by Fitzroy Street, 501·82 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Also all that area in the City of Palmerston North, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 7·88 perches, more or less, being part of Section 387, Township of Palmerston: Bounded, commencing at the north-west corner of the said Section 387; on the north-west by Main Street East, 409·24 links; on the north-east by Lots 1, 4, and 5 on D.P. 7244, 500 links; on the south-east by other part of the said Section 387, distance 409·85 links bearing 239° 38′; and on the south-west by Section 380, Township of Palmerston, 500·77 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
