ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of September, 1939.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of the following month, at page 9, William Buchanan, of Okuru (hereinafter called “the licensee”), was, in pursuance of the provisions of the Harbours Act, 1923 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), authorized to use and occupy part of the foreshore at Okuru River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 7517, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, in order to maintain thereon a jetty:
And whereas it is desirable to prescribe the dues and rates which shall be charged and taken for the use of the said jetty: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that the dues and rates set forth in the Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the licensee for the use of the said jetty.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Ngaaruhoe Public Domain therein described:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council, dated the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Opawa Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of September, 1939.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Andrew Austin,
Donald Stewart, and
Donald Fraser
to be the Opawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at half past three o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library Room, Albury, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Tainui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mokau Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—TAINUI DOMAIN.
All that area containing by admeasurement 12 acres 0 roods 15 perches, more or less, being Mokau-Mohakatino 2c 3a 2 Block, Block I, Tainui Survey District: Bounded, towards the north generally by the Mokau River, 180 links, and Mokau-Mohakatino 2c 3a 3 Block, 2644-9 links; towards the south by Mokau Road, 2359-9 links; and towards the west by Mokau-Mohakatino 2c 3a 1 Block, 897-9 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/10174, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
