balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned

I hereby further give notice that at the sittings of the said
Court, to be holden on Friday, the 29th day of September,
1939, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as
application may be heard, I intend to apply for orders re-

DECLARATION BY THE ASSISTANT REGISTER DISSOLVING A
SOCIETY.
I, ARTHUR FOWLER, Assistant Registrar of Incorpor-
porated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has
been made to appear to me that The Marlborough Herd
Testing Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on
its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in
pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act,
1908.

day of September, 1939, at 10.30 a.m.
All claims against the above estate must be lodged by
proof of debt with me on or before the 13th day of November,
1939, at the Courthouse, Nelson.

Accountant, of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator."
All persons or companies having claims against the above-
named company are required to forward proof of debt to
the undersigned on or before 12th October, 1939, otherwise
they may be excluded from participation in any distribution
of assets.

declaration of solvency pursuant to section 226 of the

been passed in terms of section 300 of the Companies Act,
1933, by virtue of an entry in the minute-book of the above-
named company dated the 14th day of September, 1939 :-
"That Allied Fixed Securities, Limited, be wound up
voluntarily, and that DONALD FREDERICK McLEOD, of
Wellington, Company Secretary, be appointed liquidator
at a remuneration of five guineas."
