LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 643, folio 53 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being Section 4, Block II, Otamatea Survey District, whereof THOMAS DAVIES SMELLIE DONALDSON and JAMES ANDREW DONALDSON, both of Kaiwaka, Farmers, are the registered proprietors, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 21st day of September, 1939.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of Memorandum of Lease No. 9647 of Reserve 1184, situated in Block XIII, Leeston Survey District, whereof DAVIDSON MILLAR, of Leeston, Farmer, is the registered lessee, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in lieu of the said outstanding duplicate, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
