I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Pomahaka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 29 perches.
Being portion of Lot 62, D.P. 1951, Clydevale Estate, being parts Sections 28, 2 of 29, 39, and 600R.

Situated in Block III, Pomahaka Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. P 80.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102692, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1939.
