Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

Being
0 0 0·8 Part Lot 2, D.P. 8993, and being part Allot-
ment 43, Taupiri Parish ; coloured red.
0 0 2·0 Part Lot 2, D.P. 12430, and being part Allot-
ment 42, Taupiri Parish ; coloured blue.
Situated in Block VII, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 29916.)
In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102858,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of
September, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section
thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me
in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : I rood.
Being Section 990, Town of Westport (Borough of Westport)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102953,

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks IV and VIII,
Tokomaru Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Gisborne-
Opotiki via the Coast Main Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to
be constructed over Blocks IV and VIII, Tokomaru Survey
District—viz., a deviation of the Gisborne-Opotiki via the
Coast Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in
the Schedule hereto, and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within a
distance of one chain from the said middle-line.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Gisborne-Opotiki via
the Coast Main Highway opposite the southern boundary of
Section 6, Block V, Tuatini Native Township (D.P. 1163),
Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, and proceeding thence
in a northerly and then north-westerly direction generally
for a distance of approximately 57 chains, and passing in, into,
through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Sections 6, 5,
4, 3, 2, and 1, Block V, and Sections 3 and 1, Block I, Tuatini
Native Township (D.P. 1163), and Sections 56, 57, 58A, 58B,
65, 64, 63, and 62 of Mangahauini No. 7 Block, situated in
Blocks IV and VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, and ter-
minating at a point on the said Main Highway opposite the
northernmost corner of the said Section 62 of Mangahauini
No. 7 Block, Block IV, Tokomaru Survey District; including
all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads,
tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the
Gisborne Land District. As the same is delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 103851, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of
September, 1939.

land in the Borough of Blenheim described in the Schedule
hereto.
