IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty two, and published in the Gazette of the seventh day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Te Mata Domain, and doth hereby appoint

The Raglan County Council

to be the Te Mata Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at noon, as the time when, and the County Office, Ngaruawahia, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Paraparaumu Beach Domain, and doth hereby appoint

to be the Paraparaumu Beach Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at four o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the Council Offices, Bowen Street, Wellington, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Recreation Reserves in Southland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 17th day of December, 1938.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Croydon Bush Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Croydon Bush Domain Board.
