Portion of a Public Reserve set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 3 acres 2 roods 5 perches.
Being portion of Sections 1 and 2.
Situated in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29300.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101532, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks VIII and XIII, Belmont Survey District—viz., Portion of the Western Hutt Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks VIII and XIII, Belmont Survey District—viz., portion of the Western Hutt Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within the limits as defined on the plan marked P.W.D. 101673, referred to in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on Railway land opposite part Section 90, Normandale Settlement, Block VIII, Belmont Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 24 chains and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Railway land, part Section 90, Normandale Settlement, Block VIII, Belmont Survey District, and parts Subdivisions 22B, 22C, 22D, and 21 of Section 16, Hutt District, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, and terminating at a point on Railway land opposite the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 1365, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101673, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1938.

Altering the Boundaries of the Central Waikato Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Central Waikato Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District comprising that portion of the County of Raglan, bounded commencing at the south-eastern corner of Lot 4 of the Mangapiko Estate towards the north and east by that portion of the Central Waikato Electric-power District included in such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 8th day of January, 1925, at page 2, to the south-western corner of Allotment 193 of the Parish of Pepepe; thence towards the east by that portion of the Central Waikato Electric-power District included in such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 8th day of September, 1927, at page 2823, to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 218 of the Parish of Waipa; thence towards the south by that portion of the Central Waikato Electric-power District included in such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 27th day of March, 1930, at page 848, to the Tasman Sea; thence towards the west by the Tasman Sea to the north-western corner of Te Akau B No. 15B Block; thence towards the north by that portion of the Franklin Electric-power District included in such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 26th day of July, 1927, at page 2522, to the north-eastern corner of Te Akau B No. 16 Block; thence again towards the east and again towards the north by that portion of the outer area of the Franklin Electric-power District added to such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 31st day of October, 1929, at page 2727, to the commencing point being the Outer Area of the Central Waikato Electric-power District included as an Outer Area of such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1935, at page 2409; the same being more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 89976, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.
