Revoking a Proclamation taking Additional Land for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block XI, Belmont Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 24 of the fifteenth day of the same month, at page 995, taking additional land for the purposes of a post-office in Block XI, Belmont Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block XXIV, Tokomairiro Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 59 of the eleventh day of the same month at page 1797, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block XXIV, Tokomairiro Survey District, in so far as it affects the area of 1 rood 11·9 perches mentioned in the Schedule thereto.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

0 0 6·7 Lot 1, D.P. 12556, being part Allotment 190, Takapuna Parish; coloured red.
0 0 0·9 Lot 2, D.P. 12556, being part Allotment 190, Takapuna Parish; coloured blue.

Situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28957.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100473, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.

Adjoining or passing through Section 3, Wigan Settlement; coloured green.
All situated in Block V, Uawa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.) (S.O. 1496, brown).
All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D., 100437, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 acres 0 roods 31·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 32 (E.R.), Tarurutangi District (D.P. 379); coloured red.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 22·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 4874, being part Section 27, Tarurutangi District (Block X, Paritutu Survey District), and Section 32 (E.R.), Tarurutangi District (D.P. 379); coloured green.
All situated in Block XI, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7660.)
