Land taken for the Purposes of Buildings of the General Government in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 24 perches. Being Section 209, Town of Westshore.

Situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District (Westshore Extension No. 15.) (Hawke's Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101431, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.

Land taken for the Use, Convenience, and Enjoyment of an Aerodrome (Radio-receiving and Direction-finding Station-site) in Block II, Turanganui Survey District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio-receiving and direction-finding station-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres 0 roods 34·5 perches. Being portion of Lot 23, D.P. 715, being part Matawhero No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1581, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101063, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101543, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1938.
