Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School, in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, Rodney County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 36 perches. Being part eastern portion Allotment 125, Oruawharo Parish.

Situated in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29705.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101205, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School, in Block I, Karioi Survey District, Raglan County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 8·3 perches.

Being Allotments 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Section 17, Township of Raglan.

Situated in Block I, Karioi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29778.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101192, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Police-station in Block II, Clive Survey District, subject to certain Rights and Interests.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a police-station subject to the water-rights and pipe-laying rights granted over such land by transfer registered in the Land Registry Office at Napier under number 47164; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 12·5 perches.

Being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 4882, being part Rural Section 35, West Clive and accretion thereto.

Situated in Block II, Clive Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101320, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 27·6 perches.

Being Part Te Whenuahou Block.

Situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District (Helensville Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29955.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101427, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1938.
