Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:—

A. R. P. Being
0 3 26·2 Closed road (Proclamation No. 423): edged purple.
25 2 6·0 Crown land adjoining section 781 (N.R. 6); edged red.
13 0 4·8 Maitahi River-bed; edged blue.

Situated in Block XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3364.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96698, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.

Additional Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Invercargill Substation—Cottage-sites) in Block I, Invercargill Hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Invercargill substation—cottage-sites); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 2118, being part Section 34, and closed road.

Situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred (Southland R.D.). In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101024, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1938.
