Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Town of Horndon
(Darfield), Canterbury Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for municipal purposes
over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 3611 (formerly Sections 10 and 11), Block V, Town
of Horndon (Darfield): Area, 2 roods, more or less.

District, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for a resting place for
travelling stock over the land described in the Schedule
hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being
vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal
under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 35 acres, more
or less, being part of Reserve No. 3421, Block XIII, Culverden
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the
north-west by the main Waiau Road, 3115·2 links; towards
the north-east by other part of Reserve No. 3421, 1560·0 links;
and towards the south generally by the Hurunui River.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. X/99/5B, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

Wairau, Alma, and Arnaud Survey Districts, Nelson Land
District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doith hereby cancel the reservation for public utility purposes
over the lands described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said lands, being vested in the Crown,
are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total area of
34,928 acres, more or less, and being more particularly des-
cribed as follows : Section 5, Square 56, containing 11,500
acres, more or less, situated in Blocks IX, X, XIII, and XIV,
Rotoiti Survey District, Blocks III and IV, Rainbow Survey
District, and Block XVI, Arnaud Survey District.
Also Section 1, Square 59, containing 13,000 acres, more or
less, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Rainbow
Survey District, and Block VII, Wairau Survey District.
Also Section 2, Square 59, containing 100 acres, more or
less, and situated in Block XII, Rainbow Survey District.
Also part Section 1, Square 70, containing 10,328 acres
more or less, and situated in Blocks III, VI, VII, VIII, X,
and XI, Alma Survey District, bounded : Towards the south
and west by Crown land ; towards the north by Section 5
and Crown land, and towards the east by the Nelson and
Canterbury Land District Boundary.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans
marked L. and S. 8/5/17A and 8/5/17B, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon in outline bordered red.

Survey District, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doith hereby cancel the reservation for forest plantation
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto;
and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in
the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the
Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in Taupo County containing by admeasurement
139 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, being part Sec-
tion 2, Block I, and part Section 1, Block IV, Ngongotaha
Survey District, bounded: Commencing at the point where
the generally north-western boundary of Section 16 of afore-
said Block IV meets a public road; thence towards the
south-east generally by aforesaid Section 16 following right
lines bearing 226° 03′ 30″, 864·9 links, 211° 27′ 30″, 3392·4
links; thence towards the south-west generally by other part
of aforesaid Section 1 and other part of aforesaid Section 2
following a right line bearing 348° 57′ 30″, 5671·7 links;
thence towards the north-west generally by other part of
aforesaid Section 2 following right lines bearing 57° 11′,
814·0 links, 86° 29′, 747·7 links, 36° 32′, 694·3 links, 89° 21′,
937·9 links; and towards the north-east generally by a public
road: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 34/7A, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
