Cancelling the Vesting in Trustees of a Reserve for a Site for a Stock Saleyard.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1938.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in trustees in trust, for a site for a stock saleyard by virtue of an Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the Gazette of the nineteenth day of that month :

And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the sole surviving trustee has duly consented to such cancellation :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in trustees of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

RESERVE 3746 (formerly Section 26, Cave Village), Block IX, Parcora Survey District: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 26 perches, more or less.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto are reserves vested in the Hokitika Borough Council for municipal purposes :

And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said lands as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Hokitika Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council of the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Parcora Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1938.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for a stock saleyard :

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a resting place for travelling stock and a site for a stock saleyard :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a stock saleyard to a reserve for a resting place for travelling stock and a site for a stock saleyard.

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a public school site :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a school-site to a reserve for a public school site.
