HUKAWAI GOLDMINING COMPANY, LIMITED.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting
of the above-named company duly convened and held
on the 11th day of October, 1938, the following special
resolution was duly passed:-

1. "Resolved as an extraordinary resolution in pursuance
   of section 221, subsection 1 (c), of the Companies Act, 1933,
   that the company cannot be reason of its liabilities continue
   its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that
   the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. "That Mr. RICHARD BERRY HAMEL, of Dunedin,
   Solicitor, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the
   company.
3. "That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be
   5 per cent. on the amount received by him on the sale of
   the company's property, plant, machinery, and huts."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between WILLIAM MARSHALL and WILLIAM
CROOK carrying on business at Paretai as Farmers under the
name of "Marshall and Crook" has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the 1st day of October, 1938.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be
received and paid respectively by the said William Marshall
who will continue to carry on the said business.
