Certain Lands in respect of which there are no Electors included
in the City of Auckland.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section one hundred and thirty-nine of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the City of Auckland are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said city the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being lands in respect of which there are no electors adjacent to the said city.

SCHEDULE.
(1) All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Lot 3 on Plan 19465 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence by right lines bearing 32° 50' 50" distance 85.0 links, bearing 122° 50' 50" distance 66.5 links, bearing 34° 40' distance 79.7 links; thence north-westerly by the abutment of St. Mary's Road for a distance of 64.6 links to the easternmost corner of Lot 3 aforesaid, the place of commencement.
(2) Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 9 on Plan 27706 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along a right line bearing 108° 08' distance 303.04 links to the western side of Market Place; thence along the western side of Market Place for a distance of 1.68 links to the boundary of the City of Auckland; thence south-westerly along that boundary to its intersection with the southern side of Pakenham Street Extension; thence along a right line bearing 288° 08' for a distance of 9.20 links; thence along a right line bearing 18° 08' for a distance of 257.41 links to the northernmost corner of Lot 9 aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Te Puru Township, Kawhia North Survey District, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of October, 1938.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a municipal reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for post and telegraph purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in Tauranga County containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, situated in Block IX, Katikati Survey District, being all the land on the plan numbered 89 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being Lot 181 of Allotment 53, Parish of Tahawai. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/233A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Town of Murchison, Nelson Land District.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for municipal purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for the purposes of a drill-shed site:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for municipal purposes to a reserve for the purposes of a drill-shed site.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for the purposes of a drill-shed site to a reserve for county purposes.
