Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Masterton County, containing approximately 32 acres 2 roods, being part of State Forest 31 (Gazette, 1934, page 1388), situated in Blocks VI and X, Mikimiki Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Section 1, Block VII, Mikimiki Survey District; towards the south by the Mikimiki Stream; and towards the west by the other part of State Forest 31. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 90/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of October, 1938.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua County, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, being part of Section 4, Block I, Tarawera Survey District, and being the land shown on the Auckland S.O. Plan No. 29554. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 38/46, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of October, 1938.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (as far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Amuri County, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, being Reserve 4384 (formerly part of Reserve 3421), situated in Block XIII, Culverden Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by other part of Reserve 3421, 1029·2 links; towards the south-east by the main Waiau Road, 1511·7 links; and towards the west by Tekoa Road, 1258·6 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 128/18, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of October, 1938.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua County, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less, being part of Section 8, Block IX, Waihi South Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-west by the Pongakawa-Rotoehu Road; and towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by the other part of the said Section 8. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 31/4, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 29572.)
