Additional Land at Seacliff taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Seacliff in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 roods.
Portion of Section 30, Block III, Waikouaiti Survey District, Waikouaiti County. (S.O. 213B.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5381, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of October, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
1 rood 33-7 perches.
Being Government Road, being formerly part Section 3, Block VIII, Rangaroa Village.
Situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District (Borough of Taumarunui), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29046.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96796, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.
