PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Hauraki Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Reureu Development Scheme.

ALL that area of Native land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, situate in Block I, Oroua Survey District, and known as the Reureu No. 1, Sub. 17a 2 Block, containing 65 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, and being all of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 358, folio 109.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notice dated the 16th day of September, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 66 of the 25th day of September, 1930, at page 2850, declaring the Ahipara and other blocks to be subject to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), by excluding therefrom the Native land described in the Schedule hereto.
