Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Importation of Motor-spirit.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from Hodder and Tolley, Ltd., Palmerston North, for a license to import motor-spirit.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 28th October, 1938.

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit.

I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—

(1) Ncal Motors, for permission to move the two petrol pumps in the firm's garage at the corner of the Great South and Gordon Roads, Otahuhu, to a new position outside the premises and install alongside two additional petrol pumps.

(2) Mrs. S. Bishara, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at a proposed service station at the corner of Averill Avenue and Tamaki Drive, Kohimarama.

(3) Messrs. Shortland and McCraith, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit from a commercial petrol pump installed at their sawmill premises at Rangiahua.

(4) J. Allen, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his sawmill premises at Waingawa four miles out of Masterton.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 1st November, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.

Taking of Fish for Sale.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from Messrs. C. H. Hansen and D. A. Brown, for a license to take fish at Timaru by means of a 35 ft. 12 h.p. launch using trawl-nets. Proposed market, Timaru.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 27th October, 1938.

Constituting Pungarehu Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Pungarehu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, situate in Block VIII, Cape Survey District, and known as the Parihaka 26p Block, containing 21 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less.

Constituting Aramoho Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Aramoho Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, situate in Block III, Westmere Survey District, and known as the Aramoho 8c No. 2 Block, containing 95 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less.
