A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 road 26 perches.
Adjoining Allotment 407, Whangamarino Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20110.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97321, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District—viz., Portion of the Western Hutt Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 35 of the twelfth day of the same month, at page 1084, defining the middle-line of a road in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District-- viz., portion of the Western Hutt Road.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of October, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Taranaki as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
