SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on or near the western boundary of Subdivision 1B 1, Rapaki Native Reserve 875, Block IV, Halswell Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 72 chains and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, viz., Subdivisions 1B 1, 1C, 7, 33, 34A, 38, and 1A 2 of Rapaki Native Reserve 875, Block IV, Halswell Survey District, and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of Subdivision 1A 2 of Rapaki Native Reserve 875, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Canterbury Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100144, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 0 roods 35 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. I Block.

Situated in Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29414.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98988, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Opaheke Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 16·7 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 121, Koheroa Parish (D.P. 15681); coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 39·1 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 121, Koheroa Parish (D.P. 15681); coloured green.

All situated in Block XV, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29397.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98802, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All situated in Block I, Mohaka Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1183.)

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98331, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
