SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District containing by admeasurement 511 acres 0 roods 21 perches, more or less, being part of a State forest (Gazette, 1881, page 959), situated in Block I, Wakamarina Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by the Nelson Land District; towards the north-east, north-west, and again towards the north by another part of the said State forest; towards the east by Sections 57 and 45, Block I aforesaid; towards the south by Section 36, Block I aforesaid; and towards the west by the Nelson-Blenheim Main Highway and by Section 48a, Block I aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 103/10, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of September, 1938.

Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 57 acres 0 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1635 (formerly part Reserve 364), situated in Block XV, Wataroa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/823a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1938.

Appointment of Adjustment Commission.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of September, 1938.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section twenty-four of the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint an Adjustment Commission to be known as the Nelson (No. 2) Adjustment Commission, and doth appoint Arthur Rutland Edwards, Esquire, of Motueka, and William James Glasgow, Esquire, of Nelson, to be members of such Commission, the said Arthur Rutland Edwards, Esquire, to be Chairman thereof.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section nine of the Crimes Amendment Act, 1910, it is enacted that there shall be constituted a Board to be called “the Prisons Board,” consisting of not less than three nor more than seven persons: And whereas by the said section it is provided that the members of the Board shall be appointed from time to time by the Governor-General in Council :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Crimes Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Ernest Bdrige, Esquire, Christchurch,
to be a member of the Prisons Board constituted under the Crimes Amendment Act, 1910, as aforesaid.

Altering and Redefining the Boundaries of the Harapepe Rabbit District.—(Notice No. Ag. 3609.)
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of September, 1938.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section thirty-one of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General, at the request of the Board of any Rabbit District, may by Order in Council alter and redefine the boundaries of its district :
And whereas the district known as the Harapepe Rabbit District has been constituted under and for the purposes of the said Act :
And whereas the Board of the said district has, pursuant to the said section thirty-one of the said Act, requested that the boundaries of its district be altered and redefined by including an additional area therein :
And whereas the consent of a majority of the persons in such additional area qualified to be enrolled on the ratepayers’ list for the said district has been given to the inclusion of such additional area in the said district :
And whereas it is deemed expedient to alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district accordingly :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council doth hereby—

Alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district so constituted as aforesaid ;

Declare that the boundaries of the said district shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto ; and, further,
-
Declare that this Order in Council shall come into force on the day following publication hereof in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE HARAPEPE RABBIT DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block XII, Alexandra Survey District, where the north-western boundary of Allotment 254, Pirongia Parish, meets the left bank of the Waipa River ; thence in a southerly direction generally up the left bank of the Waipa River to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 39, Pirongia Parish ; thence in a westerly direction generally along the northern boundary of Allotment 39 aforesaid and a public road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 62, Pirongia Parish ; thence by a right line across a public road to the easternmost corner of Allotment 62 aforesaid ; thence along the northern side of a public road to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 341, Pirongia Parish ; thence along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 341 aforesaid, a public road, the crossing of that road, along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries
