SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Western Hutt Road at the boundary between the Hutt County and the Lower Hutt Borough and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 28 chains and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 6173; parts Section 28, Hutt District, plans A/1929 and A/746; and terminating at a point on railway land opposite part Section 90, Normandale Settlement, Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100543, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of September, 1938.

Land in the Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale for cash, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in Tauranga County containing by admeasurement 83 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, situated in Block VI, Aongatete Survey District, being Allotments 261, 262, 289, part Allotment 119, and part Allotment 220, Parish of Apata: Bounded towards the north, east, and south generally by public roads, and towards the west generally by the Wainui River. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/3211A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plans S.O. 488, 22692, 26904, 27680.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Punakaiki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Patetere North Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 1 rood 8 perches.
Being portion of Section 21, Block X, Patetere North Survey District. (S.O. plan 29476.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1240, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2821, and thereon coloured yellow.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Waipapa 1B 2A Block, Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and seventy-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
