Decision of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

I HEREBY give notice that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decision in respect to an application for a license has been made.

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit.
I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—
(1) L. J. Rattenbury, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his store in Ahititi.
(2) M. Twomey, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit from one petrol pump already installed at his store in Pukehua.
(3) W. E. Bowen, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit from one commercial petrol pump at the “Bowen’s Mill” premises, Te Puke.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 6th September, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.

Taking of Fish for Sale.
I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from F. E. Hansen, Napier, for a license to take fish for sale at Tauranga by means of a 50 ft. 55 h.p. Danish seine launch. Proposed market, Tauranga.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 6th September, 1938.

Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935.
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 2nd day of August, 1938, there was filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an order made on that day by the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society ordering the name of RONALD ORMISTON SINCLAIR to be removed at his own request from the roll of solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand to enable him to apply for admission as a Barrister in England.
