P URSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the
Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Mangonui
Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

All that area of Native land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District situate in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Muriwhenua
Survey District, and being part of the lands as set out in Plan No. 12625, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Auckland and as more particularly described hereunder :-
