Land proclaimed as Road in Block III, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District, and Block II, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Whakatane County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Awa-o-te-Atua and Rangitaiki Upper Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Land proclaimed as Road. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan.

11 3 26 Part Allotment 109, Matata Parish .. III ,, ,, Red.
7 3 10 Lot 2, D.P. 16745, and being parts Allotments 109 and 158, Matata Parish (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 28488.) { III } II } ,, { Rangitaiki Upper } ,, Yellow.

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1938.
