Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in the City of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·41 perches. Being part Section 107, Wakari Survey District.
Situated in the City of Dunedin (Otago R.D.). (S.O. W 206 and 999 Tn.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98563, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a roadman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1·6 perches.
Being portion of Section 8.
Situated in Block XV, Nuhaka North Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1191, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated in the plan marked P.W.D. 99844, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1938.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks XII and XVI, Greymouth Survey District.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of the twenty-third day of the same month, at page 2204, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hokitika as No. 387, taking land for the purposes of a road in Blocks XII and XVI, Greymouth Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 1·86 perches.
Being road formerly portion of Section 2770, Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3412.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98613, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1938.
