IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned persons have been appointed to be the Deputies of the Registrars of Marriages and of Births and Deaths for the districts set respectively opposite their names, viz.:β€” Name. District. William Arthur Herriot Williams .. Mangaweka. Timothy Joseph Crowe .. . Kaikoura. John Noel Richard Johnston .. Ngaruawahia (at Taupiri). Births and Deaths only. G. G. HODGKINS, Deputy Registrar-General. Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Ngahinepouri-Koromatua Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations, 1938, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be part of the Ngahinepouri-Koromatua Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area defined by notice given under my hand on the 12th day of July, 1938, and published in the Gazette on the same day, at page 1636, do hereby declare the additional area of land defined in the said Schedule to be part of the Ngahinepouri-Koromatua Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area accordingly, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 4th day of August, 1938. SCHEDULE. NGAHINEPOURI-KOROMATUA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.β€”ADDITIONAL AREA. CONTINUING along the eastern bank of the Waipa River and moving north to the point where the southern boundary of the Whatawhata Town area meets the Waipa River; thence following this southern boundary in an easterly direction to a point where it crosses the Main Whatawhata-Frankton Highway; thence along this road to the eastern boundary-point of the Pukete Parish, taking in all farms which have access on both sides of the road; thence moving in a straight line south-east to the boundary point of the Ngahinepouri-Koromatua Pool Area. PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations, 1938, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that sufficient majorities of the producers in the respective areas of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such areas should be declared to be pool areas for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare the areas of land defined as aforesaid to be Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Areas for the purpose of the said regulations under the respective names set out in the said Schedule before the description of each area, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 4th day of August, 1938. SCHEDULE. FIRST PART. Northern Wairoa Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. ALL that area of land lying within the North Auckland District as zoned by Orders Nos. 4/6/11/11A, made and issued by the Executive Commission of Agriculture under and in pursuance of the Dairy Supply Regulations of 1936 as the cream-collection area of the Northern Wairoa Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd. SECOND PART. Hikurangi Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. All that area of land lying within the North Auckland District as zoned by Orders Nos. 3/13/13A/14, made and issued by the Executive Commission of Agriculture under and in pursuance of the Dairy Supply Regulations, 1936, as the cream-collection area of the Hikurangi Dairy Company, Limited. THIRD PART. Waitemata Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. All that area of land lying entirely within the boundaries of the Waitemata County and bounded by a line commencing on the foreshore of the Hauraki Gulf at the mouth of the Orewa River; thence from this point continuing south along the foreshore as it forms the county boundary, including Whangaparaoa, and continuing in this direction to the mouth of the Wairau Creek; thence still following the county boundary in a south-westerly direction as it borders the boroughs of Takapuna and Northcote; thence continuing in a north-westerly direction bordering the Birkenhead Borough to meet the upper reaches of the Waitemata Harbour; thence continuing along the county boundary as it follows the foreshore and the harbour in a westerly direction to the southern boundary of Section 213B, Block VI, in the Parem- moremo District; thence from this point along the foreshore in a north-westerly direction to the point of the mouth of the Riverhead Inlet; thence from this point taking a right line directly north and following the eastern boundary of Block V in the Paremoremo Parish; thence to and along the eastern boundary of Block I, Ararimu Parish; thence to and along the eastern boundaries of Blocks XIII and IX in the Pukeatua Parish; thence from the north-eastern corner of Block IX, Pukeatua Parish, taking a right line directly east along the northern boundary of Block X in the same parish; thence from the north-eastern corner of this block taking a line following the western and northern boundaries of Sections S. 153, M. 153 and 154, 155, 156, 141, 147, and 148 in the Waiwera Survey District to the mouth of the Orewa River and the original point of commencement. FOURTH PART. Opouriao Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. All that area of land lying entirely within the Whakatane County and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the boundary of the Rangitaiki Plains Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area meets the eastern bank of the Whakatane River, and from this point following the boundary-line of the Rangitaiki Plains Bobby Calf Pool Area in a westerly direction to the point where it crosses the south-western boundary of Block XII, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, and from this point following the boundary of the said Block XII in a south-easterly direction to and along the western boundary of Block IX in the Waimea District; thence continuing in the same direction and following the western boundary of Block X in the Waimea District; thence moving directly in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of the said Block X to and along the southern boundary of Block VI in the Parekohe District to and along the southern boundary of Block II in the Ruatoki District; thence moving directly along the eastern boundary of the same block to the point where it meets the boundary of Section 5, Block XIII, Opouriao District; thence moving directly east along the southern boundaries of Sections 5, 6, 18, 17, 16, 15, and 14 in the same block; thence continuing easterly along the southern boundaries of Sections 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, Block IX, Whakatane District; thence from the south-eastern corner of Section 1, Block IX, Whakatane District, taking a straight line in a north-easterly direction to meet the point where the Rangitaiki Plains Pool boundary meets the Whakatane River on the eastern boundary of Block V, Whakatane District, and the original point of commencement. FIFTH PART. Takaka Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. All that area of land lying in the province of Nelson in the South Island of New Zealand, and bounded by a line in every way identical with the existing Takaka County boundaries. SIXTH PART. Rawene Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area. All that area of land lying entirely within the County of Hokianga in the North Auckland District and commencing at the point where the Waima River is bridged at Taheke; thence following the southern bank of the river down-stream to the upper reaches of the Hokianga Harbour; thence continuing it to follow the southern foreshore of the said harbour, moving in a westerly direction and then in a southerly direction to the point where the main northern highway road touches the harbour foreshore at Section 4, Pakanae Block, Waoku Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in an easterly direction to the point where this line would intersect the Wekaweka-Taheke Road; thence from this point, taking a straight line directly north to again meet the Waima River where it is bridged at Taheke and the original point of commencement.
