Promotion and Appointment in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand Division).

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the following promotion and appointment in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand Division) :—
Lieutenant (Acting Commander) Frank Edward Taylor promoted to Lieutenant-Commander, R.N.V.R. (N.Z.D.), to date 21st July, 1938, and to continue in the rank of Acting Commander to date 8th January, 1938.
Frank Leslie Rees appointed a Probationary Paymaster Sub-Lieutenant, R.N.V.R. (N.Z.D.), to date 1st July, 1938.

Additional Member of Domain Board appointed.
