Vesting a Reserve in the Oamaru Borough Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for municipal purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Oamaru:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Oamaru, in trust, for municipal purposes.

SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 15·3 perches, more or less, being Section 7 of 7 and part of Section 7, Block XCV, Town of Oamaru: Bounded towards the north-west by Severn Street, 247·5 links; towards the north-east by Section 6 of 7, 95·5 and 46·4 links; towards the south-east by part of Section 7, 215·4 links; towards the south-west and south-east by Section 11, 34·5 and 309 links respectively; towards the south-west by Section 1 of 7, 117 links; and towards the west by Section 3 of 7, 430 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/7/80, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting Reserves in the Wairau River Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as reserves for river-protection purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Wairau River Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Wairau River Board, in trust, as reserves for river-protection purposes.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Town of Palmerston, Otago Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a site for a drill-shed:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a public school site:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a drill-shed to a reserve for a public school site.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for metal purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for metal purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Mount Roskill Road District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 34·1 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 85a, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, bounded generally as follows: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 84 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, bearing 104° 11' 30" and distant 229·9 links from the south-western corner of Allotment 84 of Section 10 aforesaid; thence in a south-easterly direction along the south-western boundary of Allotment 84, distance 440·11 links; in a south-westerly direction by a line bearing 194° 08' distance 261·44 links to the north-western boundary of part Allotment 85a of Section 10 aforesaid; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 85a aforesaid, distance 440·07 links; thence in a north-easterly direction by a line bearing 14° 07' distance 261·5 links to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 84 aforesaid, the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/392c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
