Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Town of Levin,
Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for municipal purposes
over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.

Otago Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation as a site for a telegraph
station over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and
doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the
Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land
Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Mount Roskill
Road Board.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is
part of a reserve for metal purposes, and is vested in
the Mount Roskill Road Board:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said
land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the
Mount Roskill Road Board has duly consented to such can-
cellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Mount Roskill Road
Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Mount Roskill Road District containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 24·1 perches, more or less,
being part Allotment 85A, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland;
bounded generally as follows: Commencing at a point on
the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 84 of Section 10,
Suburbs of Auckland, bearing 104° 11′ 30″ and distant
229·9 links from the south-western corner of Allotment 84
of Section 10 aforesaid; thence in a south-easterly direction
along the south-western boundary of Allotment 84, distance
440·11 links; in a south-westerly direction by a line bearing
194° 08′ distance 261·44 links to the north-western boundary
of part Allotment 85B of Section 10 aforesaid; thence in a
north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary
of part Allotment 85B aforesaid, distance 440·07 links;
thence in a north-easterly direction by a line bearing 14° 07′
distance 261·5 links to the south-eastern boundary of Allot-
ment 84 aforesaid, the point of commencement. As the
same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked
L. and S. 1/392c, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered

Vesting a Reserve in the Hawke’s Bay County Council.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart as a site for a roadman’s
cottage; And whereas in the opinion of the Governor-
General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Hawke’s Bay:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s Bay, in
trust, as a site for a roadman’s cottage.
