Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Woodville Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for ferry and ferry-house purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for ferry and ferry-house purposes, to a reserve for recreation purposes.

SECTION 19, Block XIV, Woodville Survey District: Area, 24 acres 0 roods 16 perches, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the New Lynn Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the New Lynn Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area situated in the City of Auckland and Borough of New Lynn, Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, containing by admeasurement 19 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, being Allotment 363, Parish of Waikomiti. As the same is more particularly delineated in a plan marked L. and S. 1/896, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plan 3160.)

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Mount Roskill Road District containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 24·1 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 85A, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, bounded generally as follows: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 84 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, bearing 104° 11′ 30″ and distant 229·9 links from the south-western corner of Allotment 84 of Section 10 aforesaid; thence in a south-easterly direction along the south-western boundary of Allotment 84, distance 440·11 links; in a south-westerly direction by a line bearing 194° 08′ distance 261·44 links to the north-western boundary of part Allotment 85B of Section 10 aforesaid; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 85B aforesaid, distance 440·07 links; thence in a north-easterly direction by a line bearing 14° 07′ distance 261·5 links to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 84 aforesaid, the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/392c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
