JUNE 23.]\nTHE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.\nsubject to the condition that no building or part of a building\nshall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-\neastern side of portion of Cranston Street, or the north-\nwestern side of portion of Jeffery Street (described in the\nSchedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from\nthe centre-lines of the said portions of streets.\n\nSCHEDULE.\n\nTHE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated\nin the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as\nCranston Street, fronting part Section 3, Block II, Anderson's\nBay District.\n\nAlso the north-western side of all that portion of street,\nsituated in the said land district and city known as Jeffery\nStreet, fronting part Section 3, Block II, Anderson's Bay\nDistrict.\n\nAs the same are more particularly delineated on the plan\nmarked P.W.D. 99294, deposited in the office of the Minister\nof Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.\n\nC. JEFFERY,\nClerk of the Executive Council.\n(P.W. 51/896.)\n\nPortion of Tukuka Street, in the City of Nelson, exempted from\nthe Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928,\nsubject to a Condition as to the Building-line.\n\nGALWAY, Governor-General.\nORDER IN COUNCIL.\nAt the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of\nJune, 1938.\nPresent :\nHIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.\nIN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the\nPublic Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in\nanywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the\nGovernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting\nby and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council\nof the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following\nresolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the nine-\nteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-\neight, viz. :-\n"That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority\nhaving control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by\nresolution declares that the provisions of section one\nhundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,\nshall not apply to that portion of Tukuka Street adjoining\nSection 957, as shown on the plan annexed hereto and\nthereon coloured red " ;\nsubject to the condition that no building or part of a building\nshall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-\neastern side of the portion of Tukuka Street (described in\nthe Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet\nfrom the centre-line of the said portion of street.\n\nSCHEDULE.\n\nTHE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated\nin the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Tukuka\nStreet, fronting Section 957, City of Nelson. As the same is more particularly\ndelineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99293, deposited in\nthe office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and\nthereon edged red.\n\nC. A. As\nthe same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked\nP.W.D. 99291, deposited in the office of the Minister of\nPublic Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.\n\nC. A.
