Portion of Helensburgh Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:---
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of Helensburgh Road abutting on part Sections 106 and 107, Wakari Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Helensburgh Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Helensburgh Road, fronting part Sections 106 and 107, Wakari Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99292, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of Woodlands Road, in the Wairarapa South County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wairarapa South County Council on the seventeenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz.:---
"The Wairarapa South County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Wairarapa South County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Woodlands Road adjoining Section 290, Taratahi Plain Block, Block XV, Tiffin Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Woodlands Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of road, situated in the Wellington Land District, Wairarapa South County, known as Woodlands Road, fronting Section 290, Taratahi Plain Block, Block XV, Tiffin Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99310, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Shortland Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:---
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of portion of Shortland Street abutting on part of Section 19, Block VI, Town District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Shortland Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Shortland Street, fronting part Section 19, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99475, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of English Avenue, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz.:---
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side of portion of English Avenue abutting on part of Allotment 78, D.P. 253, Glen Estate";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of portion of English Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as English Avenue, fronting part Allotment 78, Deeds Plan 253, Glen Estate. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99296, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
