Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Duart Road, in the Town District of Havelock North, of a Width less than 66 feet, but not less than 50 feet, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938. Present : HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Havelock North Town Board to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Town District of Havelock North, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 14·5 perches, more or less, being portion of Suburban Section 8, Havelock, and being parts of Lots 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 on Deposited Plan 1256. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99425, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Jordan and Lancefield Streets, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938. Present : HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :-
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz. :-
(a) The southern side of portion of Jordan Street abutting on Lot 1, L.T.P. 836, Township of Maryhill; and
(b) The south-western and western side of portion of Lancefield Street, abutting on Lot 1, L.T.P. 836, Township of Maryhill ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of portion of Jordan Street or the western side of portion of Lancefield Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Jordan Street, fronting Lot 1, L.T.P. 836, Township of Maryhill. Also the western side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city known as Lancefield Street, fronting Lot 1, L.T.P. 836, Township of Maryhill. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portions of Crown and George Streets, in the Borough of Balclutha, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938. Present : HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Balclutha Borough Council on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :-
“ The Balclutha Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Balclutha, by resolution declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the streets known as Crown Street and George Street, adjoining Allotments 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14, Block III, on plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Dunedin as Number 19, being also part of Section five (5), Block XXXV, on the public map of the Clutha District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Crown Street or the north-eastern side of portion of George Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Balclutha, known as Crown Street, fronting Allotments 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14, Block III, D.P. 19, being part Section 5, Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District. Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough known as George Street, fronting Allotments 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block III, D.P. 19, being part Section 5, Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99234, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown.
