Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-BOROUGH OF WHANGAREI.
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 on the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 19587, being portion of Allotment 2, Parish of Whangarei, and being portion of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 504, folio 200 : Total area, 1 acre 3 roods 16·26 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1938.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a hospital.

IN exercise of the authority vested in him by section sixty-eight of the Electoral Act, 1927, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, doth hereby direct that the general roll in every electoral district shall be closed on Thursday, the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

Declaring a Portion of Road in Block X, Pohangina Survey District, to be Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road: 24·6 perches.
Adjoining part Section 29, Block X, Pohangina Survey District. (S.O. 20026.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97968, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Portion of a Street in the Papatoetoe Town District, known as Glen Road, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of June, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Papatoetoe Town Board to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Town District of Papatoetoe, containing by admeasurement 31·1 perches, more or less, being shown as " Road Reserve" on a plan lodged in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland as No. 22053, and being part Allotment 37, Parish of Manurewa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99691, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
