A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Auckland described in the First Schedule hereto; and do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby declare the land comprised in the street closed, being adjacent to the endowment likewise described in the said Second Schedule, to be added to the said endowment.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 1 rood 10·9 perches.
Being portion of land reclaimed from the Auckland Harbour in C.G. 4D/436 ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED AND LAND ADDED TO AN ENDOWMENT.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land closed and added to an endowment : 2 roods 10·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through land reclaimed from the Auckland Harbour in C.G. 4D/436 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29267.)
All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97713, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Sale of Wool Act, 1937, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Sale of Wool Act, 1937, shall come into force on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
