IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the estates of leasehold described in the Second Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Archibald Douglas Weir under and by virtue of Lease No. 12068 as to the land firstly described in such Second Schedule and by Margaret Anne Holmes under and by virtue of Lease No. 16315 as to the land secondly described in such Second Schedule, such leases being registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland), being taken for the purposes of an aerodrome.
