Captain M. A. Bull, from the Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, to be Captain, with seniority from 26th April, 1934, and is posted to the 6th Cadet Battalion. Dated 1st September, 1937.

Lieutenant H. E. Solomon, from the Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 21st February, 1922, and is posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion. Dated 1st September, 1937.

Lieutenant H. W. King, 3rd Cadet Battalion, is transferred to the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own). Dated 17th May, 1938.

Lieutenant F. B. W. Andrews, from the Wellington West Coast Regiment, to be Lieutenant and is posted to the 1st Battalion, with seniority from 29th August, 1937, next below Lieutenant H. A. Purcell. Dated 18th May, 1938.

Lieutenant J. N. Matson, 1st Battalion, resigns his commission. Dated 18th May, 1938.

2nd Lieutenant D. F. Anderson ceases to be attached to the Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 16th May, 1938.

2nd Lieutenant J. K. Collins, 1st Battalion, resigns his commission on appointment to a commission in the British Army (Supplementary Reserve). Dated 26th April, 1938.
