Land taken for a Public Road under the Cook Islands Act, 1915.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1938.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of section three hundred and fifty-seven of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, His Excellency the Governor-General, with the advice of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public purpose—namely, a public road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land situate in the Island of Rarotonga containing two perches (2 perches), be the same a little more or less, being part of the land named by the Native Land Court “Paetaa, Number One hundred and Sixty-two (162),” as the said parcel of land is delineated and edged red in the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands, at Rarotonga, under Number 40.

Tuapiro Stream, Auckland Land District, notified under the Timber-floating Act, 1908.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section two of the Timber-floating Act, 1908, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the undermentioned river may be used under license for the purposes of the said Act.
