Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Associations and Unions.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, the registration of the industrial associations and industrial unions mentioned in the Schedule below will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

SOUTH PACIFIC.—TONGA OR FRIENDLY ISLANDS.

Alteration in Buoys.

Position: Lat., 18° to 21½° S.; Long., 174° to 175½° W.

Alteration: The colour of the buoys is being altered from red to black on the starboard hand and from black to red on the port hand. The change-over has been effected at Nukualofa and Haapai, and will be made at Vavau at an early date.

Charts affected: Nos. 1385—2363—473—3097.

Publication: Pacific Islands Pilot, Vol. III, pages 390, 391, 392, 393, 409, 410, 422.
