A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District containing by admeasurement 462 acres, more or less, being part of Section 11, Block V, Aria Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by Sections 2 and 12, Block V aforesaid; towards the south-east by a State forest (Gazette 1933, page 1215); towards the west by Mokau-Mohakatino 1n Block; and towards the north-west by Subdivision 1 of the said Section 11, and by Section 10, Block V, aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 52/5, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1938.

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and six, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being part of Section 17, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by Donnelly’s-Park Road; towards the south by Section 23c, Block XI aforesaid; and towards the west by the other part of the said Section 17. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan 7/1A, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1938.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Matamata County, containing by admeasurement 47 acres, more or less, being part of Section 2, Block XV, Wairere Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by the Wairere Stream; towards the east by part of Okauia No. 1 Block, 1120·0 links; and towards the south by other part of Section 2, Block XV, Wairere Survey District, Lot 1 of Section 3 of aforesaid Block XV, and a public road, 1186·5 314·0, 666·6, 407·5, 2428·9, and 180·0 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 29/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1938.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 40 acres, more or less, being Allotment 74, Paremoremo Parish, and situated in Blocks V and VI, Waitemata Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 17/5, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of February, 1938.
