Excluding Streets and Roads from Limitation as to Speed imposed by the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, Section 3.
In terms of section 3 of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, the Minister of Transport does hereby exclude the streets and roads described in the Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.
SCHEDULE.
Situated within Foxton Borough—
Wellington-Auckland via Taranaki Main Highway No. 1 (all that portion from its junction with Jenks Street to the northern boundary of Foxton Borough, as now constituted, a distance of approximately 40 chains). Foxton-Shannon Main Highway No. 50 (all that portion from its junction with Hulke Street to its junction with the Wellington-Auckland Main Highway at Russell Street, a distance of approximately 27 chains; also all that portion from its junction with Brown Street to the eastern boundary of Foxton Borough, as now constituted, a distance of approximately 1 mile 30 chains). Avenue Road (all that portion from its junction with Futter Street to the eastern boundary of Foxton Borough, as now constituted, a distance of approximately 1 mile 22 chains).
Situated within Martinborough Borough—
Martinborough-Masterton via Gladstone Main Highway No. 66 (all that portion from its junction with Regent Street to the south-eastern boundary of Martinborough Borough, as now constituted, a distance of approximately 35 chains). Martinborough-Otaraia Main Highway No. 72 (all that portion from its junction with Ferry Road to the south-western boundary of Martinborough Borough, as now constituted, a distance of approximately 14 chains). Featherston-Martinborough Main Highway No. 77 (all that portion from its junction with Princess Street to the north-western boundary of Martinborough Borough, as now constituted, a distance of approximately 25 chains).

Situated within Kihikihi Town District—
Auckland-Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway No. 1 (all that portion from the southern boundary of Kihikihi Town District, as now constituted, to a point 2 chains measured along the road in a southerly direction from the junction of the said main highway and Sheehan Street, a distance of approximately 19 chains). Kihikihi-Arapuni-Putaruru Main Highway No. 314 (all that portion from the eastern boundary of Kihikihi Town District, as now constituted, to a point 5 chains measured in an easterly direction from the junction of the said main highway and Rolleston Street, a distance of approximately 41 chains).
Situated within Ohaupo Town District—
Auckland-Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway No. 1 (all that portion commencing at the northern boundary of Ohaupo Town District, as now constituted, and terminating at a point 43 chains measured along the road in a southerly and south-westerly direction from the said boundary; also all that portion from the southern boundary of Ohaupo Town District, as now constituted, to a point 2 chains measured along the said highway in a southerly direction from its junction with Ranby Road, a distance of approximately 25 chains).
Situated within Warkworth Town District—
Auckland-Maungaturoto Main Highway No. 1 (all that portion from the northern boundary of Warkworth Town District, as now constituted, to a point 35 chains measured along the road in a south-easterly direction from the said boundary; also all that portion from the south-western boundary of Warkworth Town District, as now constituted, to the junction of the said main highway and Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 1 mile).

Awahuri-Mangaweka via Kimbolton Main Highway No. 52 (all that portion from the eastern boundary of Mangaweka Town District, as now constituted, to a point 3 chains measured along the said main highway in an easterly direction from its junction with Weka Street, a distance of approximately 73 chains).
Situated within Marton Borough—
Curl's Bridge-Upper Tutaenui Main Highway No. 366 (all that portion known as Wellington Road commencing at the southern boundary of Marton Borough, as now constituted, and terminating at a point 24 chains measured along the said main highway in a north-westerly direction from the said boundary). Pukepapa Road (all that portion from the south-western boundary of Marton Borough, as now constituted, to the junction of the said road and Mill Street, a distance of approximately 27 chains).
Situated within Ohakune Borough—
Te Kuiti-Bulls via Taumarunui Main Highway No. 23 (all that portion from the north-western boundary of Ohakune Borough, as now constituted, to a point 3 chains measured along the said main highway in a south-westerly direction from its junction with Taureroa Street, a distance of approximately 1 mile 4 chains; also all that portion from the south-eastern boundary of Ohakune Borough, as now constituted, to a point 8 chains measured along the said main highway in a south-easterly direction from the Government railway-crossing, a distance of approximately 75 chains). Pipiriki-Raetihi-Ohakune Main Highway No. 49 (all that portion from the south-western boundary of Ohakune Borough, as now constituted, to a point 5 chains measured along the said main highway in a westerly direction from the Government railway-crossing, a distance of approximately 60 chains).
