RUATANGATA CO-OP. LIME COMPANY, LIMITED.

IN LIQUIDATION.

IT having been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders of Ruatangata Co-op. Lime Company, Limited, that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue to trade and that it is advisable to wind up the same, it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily.
A duly constituted meeting of creditors having been held at Ruatangata, Pebbe Hall, Whangarei, at 9 p.m. on Monday, the 29th day of November, 1937, and having nominated thereat EDW. S. TREMAINE, of Whangarei, to be liquidator of the company, it is hereby resolved :—
